Legs, legs, legs

Last night I had a debate with my dear friend Kelly about tights. Or stockings, however you prefer to call them. I love dresses and skirts year round, but I hate tights. So in the winter, my legs are always cold. She was telling me about fabulous cashmere thigh highs… I might have to try those.

Our conversation made me think about legs, and then of course my mind wandered to products, as it always does. And I realized that I use 4 Alchimie Forever products on my legs and feet! While you might think about taking care of your legs during the summer, if you are like me and don’t like tights then you might want to think about them during the winter also. After all, ’tis the season for holiday parties and short cocktail dresses.

My leg beauty routine is comprised of:
– Daily use of our Helium body conditioner, which is a fabulous product to shave with. It has just the right consistency, a delicate scent, and the perfect ingredients to nourish the skin and calm any knicks or cuts.
– As much as I hate to admit it, I do use our Q-switch optimizing body contour gel (read anti-cellulite gel) daily. Not that I need it of course…
– Having applied the Q-switch gel, I then turn to our Erbium body lotion for my lower legs. I love its light texture and the red clover extract that helps to build collagen (yes, we lose collagen everywhere, not just in the facial area).
– And finally, I slather on my current favorite product, our 532nm antioxidant relief for hands and feet. It keeps my feet soft and the pain alleviating properties of watercress extract help me survive long days in stiletto heels…

Having put this all on (electronic) paper, I can’t help but wonder if this type of product usage on legs is common, perhaps low-maintenance, or if I spend more time in my bathroom than most. After all, after the legs come the rest of the body, and of course, the multiture of products I put on my face. I do love to spend time in my bathroom. Now, about those cashmere thigh-highs… the high in DC today is in the low forties, and I am wearing a dress…

With love,

Ada
