When I asked Tracey Sameyah, General Manager of Dermalogica, to be on my spa panel during Cosmoprof North America earlier this year, she said yes. Actually, not just yes, but yes, thank you for thinking of me, I would love to. She drove from LA to Las Vegas, spent less than 24 hours at the show, during what might have been her busiest time at work. And then, she thanked me.
